We bought this young herdsire in early 2015. He is long, thick and balanced with tons of eye appeal. He’s extremely balanced in his performance, ranking in the top 5% for IMF & MM, top 10% for REA, top 15% for WW & YW and top 25% for BW.

We decided not to sell this Trust son and keep him all to ourselves. He posted an actual weaning weight of 830 lbs. and he weighed 1,330 lbs. at 10 months of age. In addition to his growth, he also sits near the top of the breed for carcass meri and $CHB.

6170 sports a near flawless phenotype, and we expect him to throw some very eye appealing daughters. With a little higher birthweight EPD, we are very selective of the females we’re mating him to. In addition to registered females, we’re also mating him to some of our commercial Red Angus cows to make some incredible Red Baldie females.

Another young bull we acquired this spring, we’ve been using him on young heifers. Good calving ease along with great growth, maternal and carcass performance. Many spring bred heifers are bred to him. He’s pictured here in his working clothes, as we’ve put him to good use since we got him home.

A bull sired by one of the most popular young herd sires in the breed, 3022, this calf put it all together. He’s out of a great Sensation dam, and will be a great calving ease sire, as well as have tremendous daughters. Many females in the offering are safe in calf to 680.

We purchased 6110 this past Spring from Colyer Herefords. He goes back to a terrific donor, that is deep bodied and easy fleshing. He will add tremendous carcass merit to any mating, in addition to eye appeal. Look for his sons in our future sales! Many of the spring bred offering are safe in calf to 6110.
